JAUNS MĒNESS is legendary Latvian folk-rock-group, lasting from 1987 to 1999 year. In the ninetieth she was very popular, due to that skilfully intertwined authentic folk reasons in the creation. AIZLAID ŠAUBAS NEGAISAM LĪDZ is a debut album going out in 1991 on a vinyl plate, and, undoubtedly, becoming a rarity, if in 2001, within the framework of Anthology of group was not reprinted on CD, as well as other early creation of collective. Became the most known theme of debut album fate-ballad about the falcon of Piekūns skrien debesīs, which till today remains the «visiting-card» of group. Due to this song, JAUNS MĒNESS won confession on an international scene, in particular, Grand Prix was awarded on the festivals of Sopot '91 and Bregenz '91.
