ГДР is Russian Russian-language fate-group, playing on the joint of styles indie-rock, power- pop, Post-punk. A group was founded in Moscow by the vocalist Andreev Alexander having the special musical education, the dass by Vashtalir Grigory and shock-worker Vladimir Tkachev. A group quickly obtained a fame due to support of the wireless station of Maximum, in ether of which began the permanent rotary press of songs of ГДР. Row of songs took high seats in the «hit-parade of two the capitals» of radio of Maximum, including «Friend from Holland» is first. Debut album of «IQ» the label of REAL Records was let out in 2006. After it the producers of more large labels became interested by a group. On him an album followed «Forgive a weapon» with more heavy one saund, which criticisms considered unsuccessful. In 2010 a group by the forces let out an album «We power-offs», giving up collaboration with labels.
